With many vintage toys the majority of the market value and purchase price is derived from the box and packaging and the fact that they are unopened.
If you choose to open a sealed/unopened vintage item that we send you, this is solely your decision and by doing so accept full liability for lowering the market value of the item. In doing so you waive your rights to a full refund of the purchase price if returning the item. Furthermore, as a result, if a buyer chooses to open a vintage unopened toy and then wishes to return it. The buyer fully accepts that returns accepted by us the seller in these circumstances, refunds granted will be of only 10% of the purchase price.
If you receive a vintage sealed item from us and don’t open it, you can of course return it in the condition in which it arrived. In these cases you can return it to us for a full 100% refund. Providing it is sent back in the exact condition in which it was received and as pictured in our eBay listing.

** I have lots more Sindy Pre-production Signed Samples / Prototype items listed in my eBay store. ** Vintage Sindy Prototype Sample Hasbro Factory T-Shirt Dog Cat Thumbs Up SEALED BOXED PACKAGE 1991 1990’s Unopened, Mint On Card (MOC) Fantastic one off piece of Sindy Toy History for any Sindy collector’s collection. Item is from a Hasbro Factory clear out. Signed Sample Prototype of the item. As you can see, it has an internal factory index card attached to the packaging, date stamped and with comments on aspects at pre-production. It is then signed off by someone in the Hasbro department working on this toy line at the time. The item has never been opened, packaging has some wear from age and being dumped in boxes with other items during factory clear out. So there is wear to the packaging. As these items are also prior going into full production, there may be some differences to standard ones that were produced. Again, making this excellent pieces for any Sindy or Toy Prototype collectors out there. ** Returns and Refunds will only be accepted on this item if it’s returned in the exact same unopened condition.
