Tracking numbers are provided so if the package does not arrive you will be able to see if and where its held up as the postal system might be held up. Payment PayPal Shipping I use USPS standard, first class and priority, flat rate and calculated. Shipping options change from item to item because I compare rates and then offer you the least expensive choices. I believe my handling fees are reasonable, between 1.99 and 5.99; Single unbreakable items on the lower end and fragile items or lots on the higher end.
