They need to be the Item that we shipped and need to be in new and unused condition and in the original un-opened packaging. Once opened items sold in pre-shrunk packaging cannot be returned. We do not sell used items. Rather than pass the cost of processing returns on to everyone in the form of higher prices, we will reduce your refund by a 20% restocking fee. Once the item is received back, upon our inspection, we will refund the customer less shipping and restocking fees.
