Vinyl spline requires critical sizing and in many cases control over temperature to keep the material supple. In the past when we used PVC Vinyl Spline the material would be drawn from a heated box throughout the winter to keep the material usable. Our screeners have used hundreds of thousands of feet of this product in some of the most extreme heat, cold, and UV solar environments in the country and this material works!
