For sale is a used factory original OEM V8 1984 – 1992 3rd Gen (F-Body) Chevrolet Camaro IrocZ Z28 and Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Borg-Warner T5 five speed manual transmission. This is a “World Class” version which is dated 1991. Unfortunately, I can not clearly read the metal tag that is mounted to the case. Pretty sure it is 1352-196, but can’t 100% verify that. This is the fine spline V8 26 Spline Input Shaft and the 27 Spline Output shaft. Here is the breakdown of the identification tag # I found online: TAG #: 1352-196 VEHICLE APPLICATION: GM 1989 F-Car LO3 TBI 5.0L V8 WC REV: 2.76 1st: 2.95 2nd: 1.94 3rd: 1.34 4th: 1.00 5th: .63 The man I got it from had personally removed it from a 91 or 92 Camaro many years ago and stored it until I recently purchased it from him. It has NOT been tested. It is being sold as is! May need to be professionally serviced prior to use. I did shift through all the gears while spinning the input shaft and everything seems to be smooth and shifted into all gears correctly. Fluid did look to be in good shape too (fluid now removed for shipping purposes). I pressure washed the transmission and the bell housing and sprayed them both with some WD40. Also comes with the factory original hydraulic bell housing (GM Part #: 1553020) and clutch fork (GM Part #: 15592270). I have also included two used sets of hydraulic clutch master cylinders, clutch slave cylinders, and clutch fluid reservoirs. These are all parts need to hook up the manual clutch pedal assembly (not included). None of these hydraulic clutch parts have been tested and are being sold as cores only! Maybe they will function, but I have no way of testing them. There are two used factory original OEM Camaro shifters that come with it too! Unfortunately the shifter knob is cracked on both of them as usual. Also comes with a very nice used Camaro 5-speed console shifter bezel too (GM Part #: 10143981) and a very nice “un smoked in” ash tray (GM Part #: 10089402). The shifter bezel could definitely use a good cleaning. I didn’t clean it because I didn’t want to rub the white shifter position numbers off of the bezel. There is a used Speed Sensor (GM Part #: 10456087) attached to the transmission too. The sensor has not been tested. These are hard to find on their own! Also comes with a used factory original torque arm mounting bracket and the rear V8 manual transmission exhaust hanger which mount onto the rear tail shaft housing (may be removed for shipping purposes). This is a large lot of parts needed to convert your 3rd Gen F-body to a manual 5-speed transmission. This is not a complete conversion. No manual pedal assembly comes with these parts. The pedal assemblies are not hard to find. There are NO mounting bolts, nuts, and fasteners. Don’t assume something is there that you don’t see. Ask all questions prior to purchasing, not afterwards. Please look closely at all the pictures for condition and details. Verify it will fit your application prior to purchasing. There are NO warranties, NO guarantees, and NO returns.
