We Specialize In Chic, Unique and Quality Gifts We have for sale for your consideration these 2 BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE COALPORT & THORLEY BONE CHINA FLORAL BOUQUETS – ENGLAND Circa: 1983 – 1986 Origin: Made In England Makers: Coalport now Wedgwood & Thorley Staffordshire Maker #1: Coalport – In 1926 Coalport moved production from Shropshire, England to the Potteries district of Staffordshire. After several changes of ownership Coalport China became part of the Wedgwood group in 1967, where it continues to flourish to this day, with a major focus on figurines and reproductions of some of the original Coalport patterns. Maker #2: Thorley’s of Staffordshire – a small company who were based in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. Thorley specialized in hand-made flowers of bone china floral bouquets as well as birds, and swans.
